1. Permitted use
You may browse the map, read articles and use the features provided for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- scrape data automatically or bypass the site's protections;
- republish images from the site without explicit permission;
- disrupt or overload the servers.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity performed under your account. Use a strong password with the authentication provider and report any unauthorised access.
3. User-generated content
When you post a comment, rating, suggested edit or photo:
- you warrant that you have the necessary rights to the content;
- you grant Visit Morocco Map a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, resize and watermark the content as needed to operate the site;
- you accept that an administrator may edit, reject or remove your contribution if it breaches these terms.
Photos you submit must be your own work or be free of restrictions. Hateful, illegal, misleading or commercial content is not allowed.
4. Volunteer programme
Joining the volunteer programme is manual. Contributions are normally reviewed before going live. Volunteers promoted to "Trusted Contributor" by an admin may have their changes applied immediately; an admin can always revert.
5. Accuracy of information
We try hard to publish correct information, but the site is provided "as is". Opening hours, prices, access conditions and contact details can change — confirm with official sources before travelling.
6. Intellectual property
The logo, design, source code and editorial text belong to Visit Morocco Map or its partners. Map tiles are provided by CartoDB / OpenStreetMap under their own licences.
7. Account suspension
We may suspend or remove an account in cases of abuse, spam, fraud attempts or repeated breaches of these terms.
8. Changes
These terms can be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the version in force.
